You click on BUY COURSES above and then select the courses in your state and check out. Courses are then assigned to your account immediately upon checkout. The courses are all self-paced and available on-demand 24 hours per day. The courses consist of videos, text, images, and interactive games, and you must visit all pages, watch all videos, and meet any time requirements according to your state regulations

Yes, reports are sent to the government on your behalf and you will receive an email with any forms and completion verification. All certificates and forms are available for printing on the MY COURSES page. NOTE: Florida applicators are required to send state forms with renewal applications upon completion. The FDACS state forms are generated upon completion. Massachusetts licensees will receive a MDAR state form and are required to produce this document in the event you are audited. These forms are also available immediately following completion.

Yes, we monitor your training progress to include login and out times, time spent on each page, overall time, completion status, and all scores.

Yes. You will receive a receipt via email after checkout, and the receipt is also available for printing on-demand within your account under Order History.

Yes. You can email info@americanpestceus.com to request help in selecting courses in your category and also for forwarding invoices for yourself or entire groups.

Question: Do you accept Purchase Orders?

Answer: Yes. We accept purchase orders from government entities only, and you can pay by mail with a check or by credit card. Simply send an email to Aaron Mackie at info@americanpestceus.com and include the applicator's name, license number, email address, categories needed, and credits needed.

Question: Can you send receipts to my company email or administrator?

Answer: Yes. We can email receipts to anyone in your company or a different email address from the one within your account. You can also print receipts on-demand within your account and forward accordingly.

Question: Can I select just one course?

Answer: Yes. You can select one or more courses on-demand, and take the training at your convenience 24 hours per day and also take breaks.

Question: Are there certificates after completing the course?

Answer: Yes. Certificates are produced after completing each course or program. Florida licensees will receive a certificate and a state form which must be submitted to the state with your renewal application. Massachusetts licensees will also receive a certificate and state form and will need to produce the state form in the event they get audited.

Question: Do you take care of reporting?

Answer: Yes. We take care of all reporting with the department of agriculture, DEM, PAPLANTS, and DEP. Florida licensees are still required to submit state forms which are emailed and also available for printing within each account. Massachusetts licensees save the state forms for auditing purposes.

Question: Are courses available round the clock from anywhere and on any device?

Answer: Yes. Courses are available on-demand 24 hours per day, and there is no waiting to access courses. You can login to take training from a desktop, laptop, or mobile device. A good connection will provide access from anywhere. We are also available to help with any questions, issues, and also offer technical support.

Question: Can I filter courses by category to find what I need?

Answer: Yes. You can select the filter category dropdown on the Buy Courses page. Choose your category, and the courses will be filtered for your particular category.
