Montana Department of Agriculture Pesticide License Recertification Schedule is as follows:

Commercial, Non-Commercial, Special Utility, and Government Applicators  and Dealers

Commercial, Government, Non-Commercial, and Public Utility require 12 CEU credits in each of their categories in that category’s 4-year cycle. The categories are off set so not all of the categories expire each year.

For example, the categories that are expiring this year 2022 are: Aquatic Pest, Dealer, Forest Pest, Ornamental & Turf, Piscicide, Special Utility, and Wood Treatment.

Only 6 of the 12 can be online credits, the other 6 are required to be live (In person or Webinar) trainings. Private Applicators are required to get 6 credits per 5-year cycle with each district expiring at a different time, all 6 private applicator credits can be taken online.
