This one hour course covers LAWS - Chapter 20 Article 1 General Provisions.  Topics include; Definitions, Applicability of chapter; state preemption, Powers and duties of director, Pest management trust fund, Pest management division council; members duties,  Pesticide applications at schools and child care facilities; advance notification; and exemptions. This Course ID # 21884 has been approved by the Arizona Department of Agriculture for 1 CE credit towards PMD.  You must score a minimum of 70% to receive your CE credit.
