Article 7 Disciplinary Proceedings

After taking this course you will have a better understanding of Business and Professions code. The board handles complaints regarding business practices; including, but not limited to fraud, misrepresentation, and noncompliance. You will have more knowledge on which violations may lead to suspension or revocation of a license and fines associated with these actions.
